I have no idea what these things are they are bell shaped with little things floating inside. They replicated very fast within a few days of me being at work and I am scared if it is harmful or not

Either sea squirt or a type of tunicates. I’m leaning toward tunicates.

i also see some aptasia. Best deal with that as well. Loads of options including peppermint shrimp and a Berghia nudibranch they eat aptasia.

Idk what it is but I don’t like how fast they appeared out of nowhere most def not a good sign. I have a hard time I can’t get peppermint shrimp because of my snowflake eel and nudis are so hard to come by and always come basically half dead. Had copper bands as well as file fish and nothing gets it done like joes juice I say

Should I take them out? I pulled the live rock and ripped them off and put them in a holding tank for now

+1 - Those are whelk eggs ... which means you want them to go away, as whelks are predatory and carnivorous, though they can also be pretty to look at.

I agree. Whelk eggs, which means ya probably have a whelk hiding somewhere in there (unless that's new rock from an external source), which needs to be found and eliminated. They can have devastating effects on your CUC. They are generally (tho not always) nocturnal. Use a red lens light a while after lights out and you'll probably find it. Google "marine whelk pictures" to give you an idea of what to look for.
