I received my 6 stage Ro/di system today from purewaterclub.com it's not working. Everything is coming out of the waste line and nothing out of the blue line.

This is a dumb question but did you look at the membrane chamber to make sure there are no plugs or blockages?

Do you have it hooked up correctly? May need a pic of how the lines are situated.
We followed the directions. But at the top on the left side is where the red line comes out of

This looks just like my unit, I will take a picture of the tubing routing instructions when I get home and post it for you.

If it’s brand new it may take several minutes Before it starts making ro water

The membrane needs to fill and then each of the di cartridges before good water starts coming out

How long did you run it

Also see if the flush valve may be open

It doesn't have a flush valve. We been letting it run now about 5 hours maybe 1 pint of clean water.

Here is the flow diagram and trouble shooting guide from mine. If you don't have the flow restrictor on the waste line it will produce almost no water. Try and block that line with your finger and see what happens.

I hooked mine to both hot & cold water, to increase pressure. All I was getting were droplets, combined pressure now gives me a tiny stream.
I basically bought an extra copper pipe tap, that goes to 3/4 fitting like that for garden hoses.
(copper pipe tap that has a needle that screws into the pipe)

The Y for garden hoses, with two On/Off valves, cold on one side, hot on the other.
The output goes to another On/Off valve, that then the RODI unit connects to.

Was cheaper than buying a pump to increase pressure, and I would have had to do a "true" full half-inch "tap" with copper & soldering.

Thank you my husband will try it tomorrow morning

Without being there its hard to diagnose but from looking at your photos I don't think your unit is plumbed correctly. Your resin stages 5 and 6 should not have any "T" fittings. They should be straight flow through.

Nothing like some pictures. I bought 4x20$ dirt cheap (from a hospital) Naturalyte (kinda like vinegar with calcium) empty containers for holding the RODI. I can make non-stop nearly 100 gallons.
I added a float valve so it "slows down a lot" when full. It takes maybe 12 hours to fill one up.

The taps come from Home Depot, 18$ each. The garden hose valves & fittings, maybe 30$ - some I already had. I have a real garden hose also attached so I can hose down our diving equipment or wash the lawn-mower with hot or warm water.

I have two spare 55g containers, one I took a pic, has a sump pump with clear tubing, some 30 feet. I use these two with the sump, to transfer from A to B water, so I can pump up from the basement, and halfway to my tank.
Then repump from the halfway to the tank, no more lugging 5g jugs !

Two 55g connected for making 100g. I pump 35g 30 feet further away and "up" from basement to main floor. Then from main floor to the mixing tub, another 55g.

OK, I broke mine down a little to get some better photos. I have a blue line coming into my 1st stage which is the large canister on the right. That flows through the 2nd and 3rd stage and comes out in a white line and into a tee fitting and goes to a pressure gauge and the first inlet side of the auto shut off valve. The first outlet on the valve is a white line that goes to the top of the membrane. The bottom of the membrane has a yellow and a black line. The black line is the waste line and it has the flow restrictor. The yellow line goes into the second inlet on the auto shut off valve and a yellow line comes out of the second outlet of the ASOV and into the first DI Resin stage. Those two are connected at the bottom and I have a red line as my clean water line.

I hope that helps.

I just wanna say thank you to everyone my tds is reading 1ppm. And I'm getting 5 gals in 2 hours. But it's working slowly n surely. We fixed the plumbing. Thank you Matthew

Glad you got it working. 5 gallons in 2 hours is about right for a brand new unit. It should loosen up a little. Looking forward to seeing some tank photos.
