My male Manderian goby is starting to lose color oh his front pectoral fins. He eats all the time and no other tank mate are having the same prpblem.

I just added 22k pods about two weeks ago and see them all over the glass. I do add new every month or two depending on what I see on the glass.Are you adding supplementary copepods?
