What is this?? It is getting worse. What cann I do to get rid of it??

It's algae. Kill lights for 3 days. Make sure phos and nitrates are as low as you can get, near zero will be better for now. A few good algae eating snails will help.
Any tangs? They will slowly eat it up too.
