I bought a predrilled tank ADA 90p [48gallon] but the bulkheads are missing, how do I measure them to find the right size? Also what lighting and powerheads would you recommend, I plan on doing a reef tank. Thanks in advance.

I know my 1" bulkhead require a 1-3/4" hole. Lighting is very subjective with LED technology leading the way but metal halide and fluorescent technologies are still used and hybrid fixtures are available trying to mix the benefits of each. Powerheads are now wave pumps and ecotech vortechs are the standard for programmability but at a significant price over other options. Gyres are another wave pump technology that are popular providing side to side flow. All of this will be based on your very 1st decision. What are you actually wanting to put in the tank. Start there and then find out what the requirements are to keep that species. Hard SPS coral is the most demanding and will be the most costly for lighting filtration and flow.
