HELP

Really bad brown stuff all over my Sand bed. My tank was established since January but i recently up graded to a bigger tank in June. My tank is a 89 Gallon with 2 Max Spect fx250 so i do not think flow is the issue. What can i do to fix this. When i use a turkey baster to blow it off it just comes back in the morning
