What is this coral and how do I get rid of it?

Looks like a zoanthid. You should be able to yank it out but you should wear gloves to be safe. I’d also do it slowly over time to avoid having too much toxin in the water.

It's hard for me to tell exactly. If they're smaller than an eraser, they might be zoas, but they usually grow together. If I had to guess, I'd say either a ricordia or green mushroom.

Removal should be the same for all three, just be careful you don't get squirted if a zoa as they can be toxic. I've gotten hit with some zoa squirt, but luckily didn't get a reaction. To removal you'll have to scrape off & if any is left behind, they'll probably grow back.

They look annoyed, maybe if you leave them, they'll die off on their own. But usually that only happens to corals you like.

Definitely doesn't look nefarious. I would keep it. If you're that worried, segment the rock from other rocks.

@Nico Maggi , if you can take photo under normal bright light. They don't look like a Zoanthids to me.
And Welcome to R2R xD

Put them in a dark container full of salt water with very little light in one area. They will move to the top of the rocks trying to get light. While moving they are much easier to get off the rock.
