can you guys help me i accidentally put too much dried sea weed on my tank and now its floating everywhere and my room is smell like a dead sea things

Pull it out. Throw it away. Problem solved.

Use a fish net to scoop out anything floating in your water column and then do a big water change 25-50%

i know that but im just wondering if the water will get affected i run out of water testing kit

and its impossible to get them out they are obliterated in pieces

As mentioned use a net to get as much as possible. If no net, turn the pumps off, let it settle a bit and syphon as much as possible out. Do a good sized water change.
Add carbon to the filter/sump if you have it.
