HELP!!

I found this guy laying on the bottom of the tank hidden in the rockwork. He's breathing abnormal and I don't think he's gonna make it. I don't have a quarantine set up yet, was going to this weekend. What should I do? Everyone else is doing just fine.

Nitrite 0
Nitrate 10ppm

Im thinking he might have gotten injured or something because he was just fine a couple hours ago

How long have you had him?
What other fish do you have? How many clowns?

Almost 2 months. 5 clowns and they all know the pecking order because of the larger, more dominant clown.

He's also rather pale and not swimming very well, if at all. More just laying.
