I cant really tell what this is. I know the pictures are crappy but the best i can do. Its over the rocks, sand and power heads. I used to run tap water before but i switched over to ro/di water about a month ago. I thought it was diatoms but after reading some threads im second guessing. I do weekly water changes of 10% and my parameters are in check and my tank is medium to high flow i have 3400g per hour in a 90g tank.

Everything seem to be happy. Corals are doing fine and fish are too.

Alk 10.5
Nitrates low but not 0
Phos low but not 0
Sal 1.026

Looks like Coralline algea its good as long as it doesnt take over lol but I could be missing what your looking at

+1 Coraline Algae, good. Second picture looks like you have also on your back glass.

I agree. Looks like good coraline growth. Maybe a little hair algae, but nothing serious. What color is the algae that is on the sand and power heads? Can you get a picture of that?

Correct it was previous owner so its white.

Almost 2 yrs, but i was using tap watee for water changes but just switch over to rodi bout a month ago

To be honest, it doesn't look too bad in my opinion. I would stay the course with regular water changes and vacuum up what you can from the sand. Do you have a healthy clean up crew?

My ceriths and trochus are very good at eating both. Ceriths go everywhere including the sandbed. Trochus tend to go back forth between the glass and rocks. There are several varieties of ceriths and they all are good at eating cyanobacteria and diatoms along with GHA. I recommend getting a variety of ceriths just to keep it interesting.

So just an update, i dipped in coral rx for about 25 mins and moved to a lower flow and lower light area and (knock on wood) showing signs of inprovement white areas are getting small by the day.
