It feels to me like you are testing all kinds of things that don't really matter: orp, pH being the main ones. I would slow down. Not scolding, truly, but gorgonians are not beginner corals (heck, I don't even try those). I would (1) stop adding any dosing, other than alk and calcium (after testing), (2) continue water changes and see if nitrate can come down and (3) buy your own high quality test kits. There's no reason to take water into a LFS except if you are testing for something very unusual. I would not try any dosing to bring down nitrates, but that is just me. Been there, it was a disaster. Cut back on feeding; heck, don't feed for a week.
