I have no clue On what it could be I’m new to the Hobby.

Great! It is definitely algae which is totally fine, nothing to worry about. A few things can make algae grow out of control so it becomes an annoying chore or overgrows your tank: having the lights on too long, overfeeding your tank, insufficient water flow, too many dissolved solids in the water that you are using and too many phosphates. What kind of water are you using?

Saltwater from my Lfs and topping off with Rodi from them as well. All my parameters are fine temperature is 78 and I also have a power head for more flow what can I do to get rid of it. Thanks

Only have 2 clowns and 1 fire shrimp and a few snails

Sounds like you have all your bases covered. The one thing you can try is a phosphate sponge, I almost always keep one in my tank. There is always a sad stage in a new tank when the perfectly white rocks start becoming more natural-looking, the only thing I can recommend for that is seeing if you can get a little rock or a coral plug with a little corraline algae on it, it is a calcium based algae that will grow over your rocks like a shell turning them purple. I hope you got a chance to say goodbye to your perfectly clean rocks.
