Ive had the cbs with the dottuback for 4 months nothings happened

You came here asking for help. Everyone has told you basically the same thing, yet you are still looking for an angle for this to work out the way YOU want it.
I'm sorry that you can't keep both. Honestly, it sucks and I get it. But trying to do this will only result in that fish eating your shrimp and then being very teritorial.
