Neptune fusion 2016 wifi has solid green light, eb832 flashing orange light. Have even tried hardwiring it and nothing. I have done the reset and can't get past entering network information.

Try disconnecting all AquaBus cables from the Apex and the EB832. Then plug just a single AquaBus cable from the Apex to the EB832. If this works, then start plugging back in the other AquaBus cables one by one.

Android, and using PC also, I was able to connect to fusion by resetting the wifi and setting everything up again, tried a different eb832 that I wasn't using, have a flashing amber light there. The other one just flashing orange. Odd thing though on the brain its just a solid green light. I entered the ip address and can connect to local. Also pinged the ip and got a reply. Quite honest'y I'm stumped.

Try unplugging all accessories. . . . . Unplug EB832 . . . Press the reset button on back of the EB832 and check the outlet the EB832 is plugged into to assure thats' not tripped. Also before anything, Go onto Fusion and update software for EB832

I'm thinking it's toast, I can't even ping it now even though it shows i'm "connected" via fusion. Can't do local.

Since you are on android, did you use a pea finder app to get connected to the apex cloud server?

yeah I guess i you're right as typically you would not be able to see your equipment list if you were off line and you can??????
