Merry Christmas to all, I have a 125 gallon problem, my tank has sprung a leak in the center in the middle on the bottom. the tank is used and has been set up for over a year now water is running on the floor. I have a 30 g cube set up that i can use along with 30g trash cans that I use to mix water. Is there a way to fix this temp. until after Christmas then take it down and repair the seal, I think that is where it is leaking. Any suggestions would great thanks in advance.

You can't fix that with water in it....you'll likely need to tear it down to even attempt to fix. Additionally, a larger tank like that with a leak on the bottom probably needs to be replaced. I personally wouldn't trust a 125 with a rigged up bottom panel.

From your photo, I assumed you have a fish only with live rock setup, right? If so, move your fish into your 30gal cube and all your live rock into your 30g garbage cans. If you don't have enough heaters, make sure to get some heaters to put into your trash cans to keep the water warm. you might need to buy some more 30 gal trash cans.

Do you think you can fit a 30gal garbage can under your tank where the leaking at? if so, put one there to collect the leaking water while drainging your tank. once done draining, use you can take the sands out and put it in another trash cans.

Hope this helps.

Another option is a 100 gallon water trough, put your rock and fish in there with power heads and heater. That should get you through Christmas.

Yes it is fowlr and I have two 30g trash containers and right now I have the leak running back into the sump. If I remove some of the rock do you think the leak will stop or not untill I drain it

I don't the weight of rocks have nothing to do with your leaking. the pressure from water is way stronger than the weight of your rock.
