Someone told me to reach out to u guys for help i found a critter in my tank but i have no idea what it is can you help?

Maybe a sea spider? Looks a lot like one to me. Have someone elses opinion too though. If it is a sea spider, don't put it in your tank, it'll eat and kill your corals.
