So I just put some new corals in the tank yesterday after dipping them They seem to be doing OK but I just found this below my hammer is it a piece of the hammer what is this please help do I remove it There are 2 long tentacles that come out of it Solid white

Here. When stretched looks to be about 2 or 3 in tentacles

It's really hard to tell from these photos. If you touch it, does it retract?

Lookup aptasia anemonies, and see if that's what it looks like. Could just be a filter feeder or worm, but worth checking.

Yes it does but it started showing up after I fed the tank so it was eating I just took it out of the tank it's long and thin has a little bit of my sand substrate sand on it could be a To warm that broke off somewhere

That's a type of worm, can't remember the name though, completely harmless and cool biodiversity.

I believe you are describing an spionoid worm.
