We moved the tag from a 65 to a 90 water parameters are perfect stress bacteria what is this please help

Looks like a possible bacterial infection. Did this wound appear overnight or was this a slow process?

You mentioned you moved the fish. If it was acute then I’d lean more to trauma that occurred during the move.

Although I’ve had a few bacterial infections progress rather quickly.
 
Agreed, possible injury, bacterial infection, or both. Outside chance of uronema.
The fish also looks pretty thin, somewhat undernourished.
Tough call whether to just observe, with increased quality feeding, vs transfer to hospital tank and medicate.
