is it all clumped together like perspiration got in there or is it loose and easy to poor?

Ive never opened up a 500ml bottle before so I don't know how it normally is to pour out. I always bought it in the already predone bags. I am just not to sure.....
It’s likely ok. I think it’s variation in the manufacturing process, water content or something. Folks have reported this before.

should just pour out like beads so if you were to stick a finger in the bottle can you freely move it around the beads or does it seem like the beads are all clumped together.

Nah I can stick my finger in it, put some of it gets stuck to my finger like when Styrofoam gets magnetically stuck to you.

ok well it was sealed properly then if others have had this issue before and the purigen was fine i would have to assume this batch would be fine but if you dont feel comfortable with it i would return it.

I've used it in that peach color before, no issues.
If your worried about it, just regenerate it according to the bottle(it's really simple. Soak in bleach, then soak in prime)). That will make it all shiny and white again.

And make your skimmer go nuts
Every time for me, but it’s only a small tank. Last time I used two drops of prime, copious rinsing, left it for two weeks, still the skimmer goes like this;
