Possibility of Brooklynella but more noticeable is a very thin clownfish that is likely starving and looks weak..
Have you seen it eat?
If so, what are you feeding it?

As said, the fish is VERY thin, and has some erosion to its caudal fin. I'm not sure what's going on with the color changes, it could also have Brooklynella.
I know you don't want to hear this, but when a fish gets thin to a certain point, it begins to use its liver for energy. Once that happens, the fish cannot rebuild the liver and it will eventually die, even if you feed it more and stop the issue that caused it to become thin in the first place....

Jay clarified the position of fish at this point. For the future, feed at least:

LRS fish frenzy
Formula 1 flake and frozen
Spirulina Brine shrimp
small plankton
Rods original formula
Hikari Marine cuisine
