Welcome to r2r and I would suggest watching some videos on sumps and how they work on yt. That helped me alot and I'm sure you can even find the exact equipment you have and how to set it up

Power flow 1200 it has 2 holes my sump is a rs-100 and has 1 hole over one sock. Lol I'm messed up already right

No. I'm guessing you should be able to use one line as your main drain (to your filter sock) and the other should be your emergency drain (to another part of the sump).

I believe you have the one that hangs on the back and has a u shaped tube?

LOL, hey buddy, older only means longer time in this hobby, doent need to be the age. btw i am 47yrs old, but a 17yrs old boy here are the older member to me LOL.

should have 2 U-tubes that syphon from tank to over flow box, and 2 drains from box to sump.

The box will be plumbed to a sump and the u- tube filled with water and quickly inverted so water flows from tank to overflow box
