I just ordered some zoanthids from a fellow reefer and when arrived the Nuculer Greens seemed to have a white covering on them any clue what this is?

My first thoughts was i is superglue if thats the case If I poke a hole through it will it be fine?\

Um, I think all nuclear greens look like that. Some zoas/palys have a "speckled" appearance like certain bird's eggs. Hopefully they'll open up soon. IME, nuclear greens prefer indirect light or they don't open completely and the color will look pale green. Put 'em in the shade and they'll open up completely and have a deep emerald green color.

Yes it's normal, they look like that. :D

Oh and a BIG welcome to CZ!!!!

:welcome:

Thanks for the opinions, now I am not so worried even though when they opened the turned out not to be NGs at all!
