i just did a water change (about 30-45%) to lower my nitrates and i’m scared i might have affected my turbo snail because i’m not sure if there was a salinity change and i know they’re quite sensitive to that

the temp is still the same and the salinity is 1.025hi should not be a problem if salinity and temperature were close
the salinity is 1.025 i think before it was 1.023 or 1.0245Was your salinity the same? If so, I would not worry. Take a breath, watch the tank. It's a turbo snail.
nothing he’s brand new so he’s not moving im just wondering if he’ll be okieWhat’s going on with the snail ?
it’s 1.025Check the salinity
Is there something wrong with them? This small salinity shift will not matter.the salinity is 1.025 i think before it was 1.023 or 1.0245
no he’s just not doing much but i don’t know if that’s cause salinity change or the face i got him yesterdayIs there something wrong with them? This small salinity shift will not matter.
this is my 2nd water change and he is the only thing in there, i did the water chnage because i’ve completed my cycle and i’m getting a fish tomorrow it’s just i got the snail yesterday and i don’t know if he’s not moving cause he’s new or cause he’s stressedIs the turbo the only thing in there? A change that small should have zero impact. Is this your first water change? If not what gave you concern?
I think he is chilling.this is my 2nd water change and he is the only thing in there, i did the water chnage because i’ve completed my cycle and i’m getting a fish tomorrow it’s just i got the snail yesterday and i don’t know if he’s not moving cause he’s new or cause he’s stressed
he has moved a littleThey often don't move for a few days when you first get them (at least mine didn't) and they'll often not move for a couple days at a time on a regular basis. It's almost like if they're full they just stay still until they're hungry again and have to go foraging. I don't think they roam the tank for the fun of it. They're either on the move for food or they're resting.
