What are these red things this is my sister in laws 55g FOWLR tank and they appear to look like red mushrooms

Hard to tell. Luckily it is a fowlr tank. Do they move, or more like an algae?

She said she don’t know if they move or not but she don’t think so

Are they easily removed? Either way it's either algae, cyano, or a type of sponge. None of which are a major concern
