My tang is now in a bucket with medicine in it. Now it is lying on it’s side. It got ick on it’s body and I don’t have another tank at my house to put it in. I got some medicine that is trash. What can I do!

I had a airstone that is running and I did Hypersalinity. How can I do freshwater dip?

if you’re going to keep your fish in the bucket add a heater if you can

help me help you. Glass is extremely dirty and cant see any signs or symptoms. Please scrape glass and post pics again. A razor , even an old credit card will work
Need to verify ich as these fish also susceptible to velvet.
Are fish breathing normal or labored?
Are fish eating at all?
What is your ammonia-nitrate-ph-salt levels and how are you testing?
Has this tank been cleaned and maintenance performed recently? What size is this tank?
Are you using RODI water or tap water from faucet?

Lastly- Are other fish swiiming at water surface, scratching, swimming in path pf flow?

As for treatment tank, a new/clean rubbermaid tub will suffice.

Fish is breathing normal and is not eating. All the water parameters are normal and ph is 8.4. It has been cleaned recently until my scraper broke I am using filtered water and no fish is swimming at surface.

Parameters- What are your numbers and what kits are you using?
Filtered water from LFS or ? With abundance of algae, water , phosphate level- Something is causing it?
What size is this tank and how long has it been running ?

@ianw163 We must be able to see the fish, scrape with your fingernails if you must. We need a clear image of the fish. Trashy medicine in china, does not provide us anything and stop using the trashy medicine, especially if you believe it to be "trashy" or of "poor quality".

Start finding two things now:

1. Copper medicines of any type (some fish are sensitive to copper, looks like you have an emperor angel)
2. Fish antibiotics, preferably anything broad spectrum is best

Do you mean hyposalinity? What was the salinity/specific gravity and is the fish still in that now?

it was in 1.015 salinity and now I raised it to 1.020
