first one looks like yellow polyps (Parazoanthus gracilis)
second one not really sure what it is, how big is that polyp?
third looks like a protopalythoa
and the snail looks like a cerith

i just dont know but something about it doesnt feel like an aiptasia
it looks like it has 12 tentacles which is making me think some kind of hexacoralia and aiptasias tend to have a LOT of tentacles, but then you said its only 5mm so maybe it has fewer tentacles because of age
do you kno what the base looks like? is there a skeleton underneath it?

1st looks like yellow polyps
2nd looks like a manjano anemone. Don't know how you spell it.
3rd looks like a protopalythoa
4th not sure
