I have no clue on what to do! My knob broke and idk how to stop the water from running!

Help anyone please

What do you mean when you say at the source?

Where your RODI system gets it's water. Mine is connected to a cold water garden hose spigot. I would turn it off there.

Where is your RODI system getting it's water from?

Home Depot, Lowe’s they all sell 1/4 push connect

The red hose... one end goes to the RODI. Where does the other end go??

My thought in an emergency is take the waste line from the DI and plug it into the supply line.not 100% sure about pressure but it should hold the water in the DI chamber

Edit, May need to clarify, take the back line out of the flow restricted, pull the blue line out and put the black line in

I will let you handle this one

That doesn't really answer the question.

The red hose is the source water line... it is the line that provides water to the RODI. One end is connected to the RODI and the other side is connected where?

Ah, good point. If it’s b4 di my trick won’t help

Its gotta be hooked to the main plumbing from the house water line. Usually with a crimp valve on the pipe. There should be a shut off there... and then the 1/4" john guest valve fitting is sold at home depot for 8$

Mysink... i seen the knob and just turned it off and the water stopped running!!! Thanks now im going to run to home depot!

Where does the blue line from the RO/DI unit go?

On BRS RO/DI units
Blue line is the water INPUT or SOURCE.
Black line is Waste water out.
Red line is final product water for the tank.

Follow your blue line to where it is connected to the house plumbing. I have to assume the installer would have sense enough to have installed a shut off valve of some sort.
Turn it off there
