Heni’s in QT trouble

I currently have 2 Heni’s in QT since Friday. As I usually do they are getting their 30 day cupramine treatment. After a few days I noticed a lot of flashing and they were looking a bit ragged. My LFS recommended adding Prazi for potential flukes, which I added 2 days ago.
make a long story short, it looks like one of them is a goner and the other while still doing OK, is looking a big rough and has Popeye on one eye. My question is I would like to run erythromycin, but doubt running all 3 mess would be a good idea. Also I understand PraziPro will dissipate on its own, but how long does that take?
The tank is a well cycled 29 tall. Any opinions would be appreciated.

Prazi does most of its work in the first 24 hours. Run carbon. Do a water change. Just be mindful that erythromycin can put a real hurt on the bio filter of the tank.

That’s what I was thinking, thanks.
I used it before if you recall with my angel and it worked out well.
So if there’s still some Prazi in the water, adding the erythromycin won’t be a lethal mix?
I’ll get the carbon in there and make some water for a change.

It's OK to use prazi with antibiotics. Just remember to run a powerhead that's actively rippling the water's surface. I also run a bubble filter with the foam soaked from my sump or you can soak with something like BioSpira.
But with erythromycin, extra caution on the bio filter. You could experience a bacterial bloom, cloudiness, due to damage to the good bacteria.

Just to also note. I have cupramine in there now as well at a .50 concentration, thus my concern about mixing too many meds.

test your nitrates. I was just treating with copper power and had bacterial and fungal infections show up. Saw nitrates were high and transferred the fish to another tank. Put in some melafix and they started responding immediately and eating.

I'm thinking I will switch to TTM method after observing the challenges with 2x fish in a 10 gallon. I have another QT with a single wrasse and he doesn't have any problems. Low nitrates in that QT.
