How far below my overflow line should I be putting the emergency? I'm assuming like 1"?

I have threaded on both ends bulk heads and I also have slip x thread bulkheads....if I use the threaded ones do I have to cement in the thread coupler? Or could I just teflon tape it and thread it. I'm spitballing here that the threaded ones would be nice if I need to remove/replace lines in the future so I don't have to fish the bulkheads outta this thing....it's 24" deep. I'm trying to get these placed and it's near impossible. Might have to lower myself in....lol. Thanks.

Not quite sure what it is you're trying to ask but I'll take a stab at it. The top of the emergency drain should be set to the highest level you ever want your water line to get to.
As far as threaded bulkheads go, I always use them. Get the nice heavy duty ones. (I use the ones that "Banjo" makes with internal NPT thread.) Teflon tape is okay if you do it right but pipe dope would be better. Then just get a threaded piece of tubing to go into the bulkhead. If you're not exactly sure on the height of the tube you can use a pvc adjustable repair coupling for fine tuning.

Thanks for the effort, I plumbed it up already though so we’ll see how it goes with a water test. On the emergency line drain in the overflow box I put it roughly 1” below the overflow line.
