So I’m plumbing my new 150 with a ten foot run into the fish room on the same level. can I run the siphon and emergency together and tee them into one two inch line so I only have to run one line to the sump? Also the drop will be 1/4 a foot but at the sump it will rise about 6 inches into the drilled sump. Do you see any issues with any of this?

I like to keep my e drain and main drain seperate lines. And i would not recommend any elevation at the end of the drain to sump.

You can absolutely do that. Just put the gate valve on the siphon right before the tee. Following the standard plumbing code of 1/4" per foot is fine but I agree that an upturn at the end is potentially problematic. If you do it, I'd add an 'air gap' to the plumbing.
