After a few months off reading here it is time to make my own journal off my tank.
Im 41 years old and from the small country off Belgium in europe and live in Herderen. (also already sorry if my Englishe writing issent always correct )

The tank is about 3m long 90cm withe and 80cm deep and is about 2000L.
The filter is placed in the basement and has another 1500L Off water.

It is running now for a little over a year and it is mainly a LPS tank.

I will put pictures off the build beceaus a image says a 1000 times more then words. And if you guys have any questions or tips then just saybor ask.

Building the filter system.

And afther a year off changing and updates we come to this.

Building the stand for the main tank.

Beceause the tank whas almost comming we start at the build off the reef.

And finnaly the tank arrived.

So as fast as we could we connected it with the system in the basement and put the rock in to finelly fill it with saltwater.

Afther all the starting pest from brown algeas to cyano and so on we come to this results.
There is still mucht to improve but im already quite happy with the tank how it is today.

Here are some pictures how i build the UV container with the fleece rollers.
Does anybody has a tip what silicone to use for the acrilic plates beceaus it looks like it is slowly comming loos.

This weekend we went for a fieldtrip to a wholesale coralfarm in Germany.
Its like a little child in a candystore i want everything .

Here are some off the corals we choose we had to stick to a budget or i would spent my whole savings here luckely the wife whase there to keep a eye on me.

In 2 weeks we will go again to the coral farm maybe i can ask if i can make some pictures there they have realy nice corals.

Here for the thank everything is going good only my dragonsoul l lost some heads.
But i started carbon dosing and i think the NO3 and PO4 went to fasr down.

I think i made it a little to strong but luckely he had around 30 heads and lost 4 so lets hope its stops with the 4.
