Can anyone tell my what this can possibly be and the medication and treatment I need . Not having any luck with this hobby. Thank you - Carl
Visually, can't really tell what the issue is. Could be bacterial, fungal or environmental.
More history is needed. How long has it had these lesions? Water quality? Any other symptoms?

Just did a water change 5 days ago and tank is being treated with copper power none of the other fish appear to have the fungus or bacterial infection?Visually, can't really tell what the issue is. Could be bacterial, fungal or environmental.

Is there a reason youre treating with copper ( Parasites, or ? ) What level of copper?
I see what appears to be various worms on the glass(?). What is your maintenance schedule, and are you by chance overfeeding ?
What is ammonia-nitrate- ph- salinity and what test kit are you monitoring tank with ?

I prefer Neoplex or even Maracyn 1 plus Maracyn 2. Kanaplex is a pretty good general antibiotic though …. If you already have that, go ahead and try it.

You should dose Maracyn 1 AND 2 at the same time. One treats gram negative and one is more for gram positive.
