Has anyone else had one of their radions loose intensity? I am running 2 gen 3 radions, they were not purchased at the same time, neither one is an upgraded light. I purchased both lights used off r2r. However one light is noticeably dimmer than the other. It's hard to tell the diffrence during the day but at night it's very noticeable. I really didn't notice it at all unroll recently when I noticed corals were not coloring up on the right side of my tank but did when I moved them to the left side.

What's going on r2r & @EcoTech Marine ? Is there any way to fix it?????

did you try to recalibrate the lights? you can go to your ecosmartlive account and select each radion to recalibrate

Wow, never tried that before. I just did it 5-6 times and still not where it should be. The lights have been on all day though. I'll let them cool for the night and try again in the am. I wish that you calibrated them the same way instead of the left "tell me when it's off" and the right "tell me when it's on" it looks like at 20k the right has a brighter green, and the left has a brighter red. But even with that the right is dimmer, not quite as bad but still noticeable....

After several calibrations....

I agree seems like the whites are off whether they are bad or just not turned on.

Yup, it has me stumped. The calibration was a great idea, and even tho I have had radions since gen1 came out, this was the 1st time I've ever even heard about calibrating them lol

It's like the channels are all on just at different intensities. Driving me crazy o_O

Yup, just the stock gen 3.... as best as I can tell. I was told they were both stock lenses when I purchased them. If one of them is a wide angle it sure doesn't put off a different spread...

Led's will loose intensity over time. I bet the right one has been used longer and/or at higher intensity and thats why your seeing a difference. Most are likely bought at the same time and run at the same intensity

My radion Gen 3 has lost intensity since I've gotten it. I was running it at 18% intensity for 2 years or so and it was producing 90 par on the sand bed. I've had to crank it up to 30% recently to produce the same par.

Sorry man, didn't have time last night and just getting home from work now. I didn't even notice the update option. Will try tonight. Was slammed at work today so I didn't get the chance to call ecotech. Will try the update and if that doesn't work I'll be calling tomorrow. I was kind of hoping one of their guys would c this and chime in.....
