Hermit crab dying or molting?

A few hours ago one of my hermit crabs was upside down shaking so much like he had a seizure or what but then I placed him normally, he did the same thing again so placed him normally again and he stopped moving, his body looks ike it's falling out of the shell, he looks so weird and lost one of his claws

a LOT, he changes them everyday but generally wears this one

Oh bummer! That's sad. I hate that animals can't talk and tell us how to help them. He sounded like a fun little guy changing his shell everyday.
