Hermit Crab ID! White claws?

This came with a bunch of dwarf blue legs.

Any idea what it is? Should I put it in my tank? Sump?

Very similar but it seems like the legs are all white at the bottom which is a bit different

Clibanarius virescens would be my thought - the largest I've heard them getting so far is 8.5 mm,* so they stay really small and are unlikely to cause issues for you.

They can be pretty variable in coloration, but here's one that looks pretty close to yours that you can compare with:
