As the title suggests, please me ID this Hermit. He doesn't seem to really climb rocks, but spends mostly all his time on the sand bed. Eats all kinds of Algae and sifts through the sand. I have tried to feed shrimp but he isn't interested in this.
there is one picture of a star fish too. Don't know how I didn't notice him before. If someone could help me ID him too. Thanks :)

Looks like a hermit crab of the genus Dardanus. This genus has an enlarged left claw and tend to be a bit more aggressive than other hermit crabs. Can't really give you a 100% species level identification. Could be a Dardanus gemmatus (anemone hermit crab) that has lost its anemones that it carries around. Could also be a Dardanus pedunculatus, also known as a anemone hermit crab. These can grey out as they get older in captivity.
