Those are just spirorbid worms and they're okay to have, in fact I would be surprised to find a reef tank that doesn't have any.

So many pedestrians so little time
They can irritate corals. If they do it be right next to the coral. Easy enough do deal with them than. Break them off, superglue stuff like that.
