I have a blue legged hermit crab... it's amazing but literally dropping every corals from above.. so i kept it in the part of sump where my return pump is... will it be good there and will it affect on my overall water condition or anything else?

I have a question for you ,does your sump have a refugem? If you do , I would just put him in there , he will be just fine.

Hermits can tend to be a little nosey and might end up exploring your return pump inlet if it is open. That'll be the worst thing it can do. If that is protected, then you might have only hurt bis/her feelings ;)

Yes, i have a refugium but in some threads i have read they hunt the pods and other beneficiary organism, so i was thinking on keeping it on that chamber

I'd throw him in the fuge.. Better habitat and it won't do any harm. Maybe kill a snail or two.
