Around 2 weeks ago I got a CuC, Before I already had a snail but added 5 hermit crabs and a couple more snails.
Everything was fine till yesterday, 1 crab started acting weird but he was eating and all, he moved out of his shell, I added couple bigger shells but he remained outside. Today a second one started acting weird, laying not moving. Both look like they are going to die. Others are looking fine for now, snails are doing fine. I also got 2 Clowns who are also ok.
The tank is cycled, it was set up in October.

The only thing I can think of is the low PH and KH ( I couldn't get water and am late with a water change or toop off the tank, I am planing to do the change today or tomorrow, as soon as I get the water) nitrates and all other stuff is normal.

I don't know as I can't see your tank from here, but levels of pH and KH would not kill a hermit crab. They are very hardy and will survive in many conditions.

Not quite sure what you are saying here regarding topping off the tank, but if you mean that you have been unable to add top off (fresh) water, your salinity may be high. Have you checked the salinity?

Inverts can’t handle swings in salinity
