I have had 4 fish ( 2 chromis, 1 strawberry basslet, and one cleaner wrasse) come up missing, 2 i have found bones of with hermit crabs eating on them. I have no predatory fish and all seem to get along. 2 ocellaris clowns, a six line wrasse, dragon goby, 1 chromis left, and a cleaner shrimp. So are my crabs killing my fish at night and eating them?

What type of hermits? I seriously doubt the hermits are to blame. The hermits are doing what they are supposed to do.
I would look else where for the culprit.

I agree
Hermits only really eat dead or dying fish
