hermit crabs

im new to this hobby my aquariums been cycled for two months. I have 4 hermit crabs and fish. my parameters are on point. I have had 2 fish die two weeks ago no sign of sickness and the another one a couple days ago in the same cave too with a crab. My question is could my crabs be assasinating my fish at night

Extremely unlikely unless one of them is a gorilla crab.

Maybe post a tank pic if you can, and mention what kind of filtration you have on the tank.... parameters on point and fish dying is not good. But IMO impossible its the hermit crabs

yes i have had them for two month

The crab is doing what you bought it for, cleaning up…The flow probably pushed the fish into the cave, crabs look mean but their grip is very tiny so very unlikely they could hold onto a healthy fish or would even try.

first i added 4 hermit crabs then two weeks later dart fish and saltwater molly . then two weeks later two clown fish and two cardinal fish. 1 month later a royal gramma

fist one of my baby cardinals he was the bigger one then almost three weeks later a royal gramma the rest are still good
