Hermit ditched his shell

So one of my blue legged hermits ditched his shell and crawled into one of the rocks. Hopefully no one notices before he can crawl back into one. Otherwise he’s dinner.

Are there shells bigger than the one he ditched available? He might have outgrown it with no options.

You were right. it was the molt. Usually they would float around the tank or end up at the over flow. Not wedged in a rock with its legs sticking out.
