Hermits

My tank has been running for a month now, I have 6 corals
2 gsp
2 rhodactus
1 Zoa
1 palys
All corals are open and colorful, my gsp are just now opening, just feed all corals and dosed calcium like normal.

I noticed all my hermit crabs are moving but one and that one looks like it has a white film or waxy ovation over its body, I picked it up and his little legs are dangling and wiggling but not moving when I put him down.
Is it having babies or is it molting?

Or is it dead? In a new tank there is often not enough food for cleanup crews. And do some research on this, but you shouldn’t have to dose calcium for a long time. Good luck bud!!!
