They are pretty neat creatures. The tentacles stay out during the day with the lights on. This coral is photosynthetic, but will also take mysis.

Out of curiosity, how often/far/fast do they move around?

For me they do not move around much at all....since I have had it it has probably moved 3"
The only time I really notice that it has moved is in the mornings
 
When I feed the fishes it'll grab some of the fish flakes too, but moves around alot in my tank. Does it need a large amount of light? Not too much info on these, to me, new coral.
