Hex Shield - New Life Spectrum

I'm interested in buying New Life Spectrum Hex Shield for my reef fish.

1. Is this safe for reef tanks?
2. I'd like to feed it to my QT fish as well as to my DT fish (3 days / 1X mo) as a regular "de-wormer" maintenance.
3. What would be the negatives of such a routine?
4. Does this work?
5. Is there a reason New Life website doesn't seem to list this food anymore?

I tried both the ich version and the internal parasites version....not worth the money IMO. The majority of the fish in my tank refused to touch it. Unfortunately unless every fish is eating it daily it won't work as it is supposed to. It is listed as reef safe.....but then they warn you to not let any coral ingest it lol. I guess in a QT tank it wouldn't hurt to use it but I definitely wouldn't rely on it.
