Hey guys. New to the forum. Was into reef aquariums about 15 years ago. Soooo much more information now. It's really cool. Starting small this time. Just a 32 bio. Already fully modded out (except lights, soon). Didn't want anything crazy big if the wife and kid and I didn't like it. We are very much enjoying it so far. We have pictures of the build but not many people care about smaller tanks. Anyway. We are in Wisconsin and just wanted to say hello to anyone who cared to look.

Hey again guys. Thanks for responding! I included some pictures of my talk with the aquascape. I cut the stones myself using an angle grinder and cut off wheel and an 8 pound sledge lol. I have 30 lbs of live sand. Added 35 gallons of live water. In tank media basket be and refugium. Matrix phosguard carbon media (forgot the kind) filter floss chaeto and something else (terrible memory). Uv sterilizer, protein skimmer (no clue how to set it up yet, but it's in and running) About 30 pounds total of dry dock. I let it run for a week. Did a 75% water change 3 days ago. Checked ammonia and etc. Everything good. Added fish (2 clowns one is really beat up and I'm worried about it... Didn't notice in store). 3 days later (today). Added seachem stability to help ensure fish not getting hurt by ammonia. Noticed brown diatom algae. Will check ammonia nitrite and nitrate levels after dinner.

Welcome! You’ve found the perfect place to improve and learn. I’ve been learning from this forum for years. Started with a ten gallon, moved up to a 28, and now I’m at a 65 and more than likely going up from there. If you can’t figure it out here it’s probably not worth the effort.

Awesome thank you so much can't wait to get into it more

Welcome!
I joined this forum to learn stuff and talk to fellow fish geeks! I love it! And I feel ya about the small tank, I have a 75 and feel like it is small compared to many of the tanks on here but small tanks are just as fun and interesting as the big ones!
