Can anyone ID this? The person I got it from said Mycedium, but I'm thinking otherwise. Favites maybe?

Any care tips? I have a single head frag and can’t seem to make it happy. Mine was that color but now just a dull purple and green

I have it in a sps-dominant mixed reef- near the bottom under 8 T5 bulbs, in medium flow. It puts out tentacles only at night but I don't feed then.

I have one similar (pic below) and I feed at night and he like it a lot.

Cool. My frag won’t eat now and gaping mouth a lot. Was successful feeding at first. So disappointed

Starting to think Biocube stock led lights are the culprit (too weak). Trying to boost tank nutrients and moved the frag higher in tank w less flow.

Ca - 460
Alk - 9
Salinity 1.027/1.028
Phos - 0
Nitrates - .25

It’s my experience and here one size doesn’t fit all but with this guy things have start to go fast when I move from Led to T5, the PO4 gone to 0.10 and NO3 was around 5... he is like crazy going up the rock... I’m now planning to place more rocks so he can spread further.
I have it on the bottom of the tank and on medium flow area.
Your salinity might be a tad high and corals need to eat.
