I think you mentioned an ORA Marshall Island Mystery Pink Acro once. I think that is one I've been inquring about, but no one seems to know anything about. To me, it looks an awful lot like the Strawberry Shortcake Acro, so I wanted to get your thoughts. The color scheme and species seem the same to me, but I wanted to get someone else's opinion.

Gary:

My understanding there is a Marshal Island Bottle Brush which is a blue acro and a Pink Mystery.

The Pink Mystery was one that I saw on a list at a LFS and had them order for me just to try.

The colors are really hard to picture, but it is a nice coral with a minty green base with pink coralites. Below is one of the better pictures to show the colors because it is top down.

I lost my MIBB, but can probably dig up a picture if you are iterested for comparison... Just let me know.

Have you seen the Strawberry Shortcake acro in person? If so, how do they compare? My ORA MI Pink Mystery is still a baby, but the colors and structure look very much to me like the SS. I'll see if I can work on some pics (way behind on those...).

The picture Chris posted in the SPS forum looks like a nasuta (like a green rasp lemonade). What's all the fuss? I thought the first pictures I saw of it months ago were of a completely different looking species...
