Best bit of advise i can give as a reefing noob, take your time with cycling your tank. Let the bacteria do its thing, i know how hard it is to wait with the great anticipation of adding fishs and corals but the longer you let your new tank do its thing, the better chance of a good start your livestock will do. (i learned all this the hard way)
