Hey folks! noob! here!

Hey yall,
just wanted to introduce myself,

My names Nico, Im from Northern ireland (between belfast & dublin) im 22 (23 on the 18th of this month!) im a young married man with a gorgeous little 6mth old daughter named Caicey!

i now live in the USA, NC state

My hobbies are: Motocross, Kickboxing, salt water keeping! and balisong knife collecting (flipping too!)

Im a noob to the salt water scene and have started my first tank, i have had a lot of pets over the years since i was a little boy (yes my pets lol) from Bearded dragons/breeding them, to geckos, tarantulas, scorpions and other fascinating critters and inverts! ive kept tropical fish/ cichlids and now im a proud owner of a marine tank! i love this hobby!

Fav tv shows!: UFC, Supercross, Wicked tuna (without the drama lol)

Heroes: Travis pastrana & Conor mcgregor!!!!

Also anyone know if there is any Fish-Cons? lol

Thanks for answering @kschweer. When asked about fish cons I was thinking of cons as non-positive things....lol. I could only think of my wallet at that point.

Well Ok but did you not talk to us about how you were going to set it up and it was going to be for your daughter at first? All your info seems that it was you. I could be wrong, so no it may have been during the week.

yes i got a little chromish fish, may have been me, not sure? if so i apologize, im trying to gobble as much info as i can lol

is it normal for the Temps in the tank to lower in morning then raise evening? i was at 74f-76f yesterday now at 72f i turned the heater up

I believe that you water should stay at around 78 degrees so if your temp is dropping and your house is cold than you should run your heater all the time. Of course come summer you may need a fan or two to cool and leave the heater off. I've gone high tech and have a Neotune systems apex controller that takes care of my heater and fans and everything else
